Default Rota Circuit 10?

Really like the look of these, Mugen no longer produce the originals, so this is the only shop in town. Downside is they are only available in 17x7.5 +45. Anyone running wheels in this size/offset all around, and if so what tyres are you running? Was thinking something like 215 front 235 rear myself, but going by the famous wheel fitment guide, this might be a bit of a squeeze at the back. Any help appreciated, cheer guys...

Cheers, probably should have mentioned but it's already lowered. About 1"on Eibach springs. Reckon it would need any body work to fit?

I am on 18 x 8 ET45 all round with no fitment issues at all, lowered a lot on coilovers...Rear tyres are 255/35/18 Can't see it being a problem...

Cheers Phil, that's the kind of real world info I like! At that rate I think I'll throw a 245/40 on the back. Where are you based? Wouldn't mind a look at your setup if you're not too far away..

I'm not sure about non stagger wheels in that diameter - I don't think it gives you good choices for size of rear rubber. 245/40 on a 7.5" rim seems a tad excessive IMO, you'd probably be better off with 215/235 combo.

The S is a very difficult car to buy wheels for - you have to worry about offset, stagger and all manner of considerations. I think that is why they command such a premium even secondhand.

17x8 +45 non stagger is probably the way to go.

Your choice mind

Rota wheels are not forged, so they are much weaker.

When I visited Japan the bosses at RAYS explained all the details of this, I'm not technical enough to understand it all, but they are much lower quality than forged wheels, and ATEOTD are copies.

OK for casual road use, but after listening to RAYS I'd not go on a serious trackday without forged wheels.

The offsets will be fine! Il be running +33 and +37 on 8" and 9" 17" Super Advans with some negative camber, arches rolled and pulled =]
Offset is the way to go guys!
