Default The "S" is here

After 12 very long weeks of waiting I picked up my S2000 from Hondas UK yesterday afternoon.

The car arrived in perfect condition, it was waiting for me in the showroom, hood down in its full glory !!

I went for Silverstone with a red/black interior, certainly not disapointed, Zymol treatment this morning, now looks even better. Shame it rained for most of the day once i'd finished.

The land of VTEC is not far away already, only 160 miles to go !!!, should have that done by Tuesday.

Would recommend Hondas UK, the service is very good but just expect a few weeks over on the delivery date.

Roll on the dry weather again.....

Enjoy Mr_Mojo.

You have the *fastest* colour out there. We`ve had this discussion before and due to the molecular make up of the Silverstone paint, it is proven to be the fastest derivitive.

On a serious note, have a read of Cedrics thread about safety . We`ve all added out little thoughts and findings.

You`ve probably seen it already, if not, take a moment of your time. The conditions to drive this car in are bad at the mo. I don`t want anyone to have any more accidents. Ones enough for me to witness!

Take it easy out there.

I will be doing the same journey soon. It was meant to be saturday but as i wanted a h/top it has taken longer to prepare, so it should be here today or tomorrow.

Just got the long wait again

Only seems like yesterday, still have the grin.

Enjoy but, as mentioned, please take care in these difficult conditions. I saw a black Boxster on Saturday morning (post accident) that had spun and hit a grass bank whilst exiting a wet corner
by Honda HQ Slough.

Not Pretty and one very pissed of owner.

Obviously placing too much faith in his traction control

He was obviously gutted, squating like a weightlifter, mobile phone in hand surveying the damage. I have to say that it made me think as i tiptoed around the parts of his car strewn across the road.

As Tonky's thread is showing this car deserves a lot of respect.
