Do a search on the US forum. There was a guy a while back that stripped and weighed just about everything.
Exhausts is a good place to start,. A Tanabe concept G is about half the weigh of the stock exhaust for example. And the air-con compressor alone would save you a fair bit.
The S2000 is one hell of a lard arse and there is plenty of opportunity to trim the pounds.

1. What Mugen Exhaust and Manifold? I'd say 20kg total based on a dual system, bit more if you have a single.
2. Well, the forged BBS 6 spoke on JDM models are pretty hard to beat. 17" you are looking at the Buddy Club QF/Volks etc. Expect £2000 without tyres.
3. Change seats, remove aircon, remove toolkit/spare wheel.
After that, you are getting into sillyness.

But it will start to cost a *lot* of money
There is a good bit of weight to be lost by ditching the OEM front calipers and shocks.
Take a look at these links:

Only if you use it though - otherwise it's just freewheeling on a bearing. There is a clutch in there.
I reckon there are a few people who could lose 7kg with a bit of effort

I think if you are starting to rip stuff out in a major way, you should have bought a Lotus
I'd do the main stuff like wheels / exhaust and be done with it, personally. Other easy bit's Ron mentioned. Go on a diet and never run more than 1/4 tank of fuel (I know someone who does that!)
