Default S2000 2005 Resolutions ?

Happy New Year to all.

I was just thinking about things I keep meaning to do, but never seem to get around to doing them.

Here are some of mine :

1. Get some Muz mats.
Somehow I managed to get no mats at all when I collect my 04 last Jan. I've spent the past year trying to convince myself that the super cheap five quid mats I bought would somehow be OK.

Solution : It's a Happy New Year Down Under as I've just coughed up for a premium set.

2. Try and Zaino the car more than twice in 2005.
Unlike 2003, which for some reason, was a banner year for car cleaning, I only managed to find two days to get stuck in with some ZFX and some Z5. The results were undeniably fantastic but the winter months have not been kind.

Solution : I've got a bag full of Zaino and I'm determined to use it.

3. Maybe, just maybe, upgrade the ICE.
Every time I start to research this topic, I get put off by the sound of a 'tricked out' Nova driving past the office.

Solution : Will try not to think about chavs, ricers, or watch the Fast and the Furious ever again.

Anyone else want to confess what their 2005 S2000 Resolutions are ?

drive it more and further a field, maybe get across the water with it so i can get some full use of the higher end of the speedo without the speeding ticket coming in the mail.

looking forward to a year of further learning about a car that brings a smile to my face everyday.

My resolutions:

1. Finally make my mind up over an aftermarket exhaust - go for it, or not, and if so which one. I'm erring towards Fujitsubo Legalis if I do.
2. Acquire Sat Nav. Again, not sure which one. Do quite fancy the single din Alpine, but it's not transferrable between vehicles, and I do twice as many miles in my other cars.
3. Do a big Scotland trip again. Great roads and scenery.

1) Have a Zaino session - been putting it off for ages
2) Drive in a higher gear more often & save some fuel

But this time next year, you'll have to be content with 69, won't you!
