Can't afford to run another car! If I could I'd do what Stookystar does and buy a banger for the winter months when the roads are wetter and S driving fun is limited. Saves getting it coated in salt too.

Daily Driver Have had to on occasion leave it at the construction site entrance and walk as it hasn't liked the muddy 'car park' but it's not that often.

Like Rebecca managed to get everything we needed into the boot for Italy although we did buy a boot rack but didn't need to use it.

Daily driver. It's comfortable for day to day plodding about...even for a 6'6" chap like myself. The driving position is perfect, loads of room in the boot, and fairly economical too.

I have used mine as a daily driver for the last three years, winter and summer.
I have (only just) bought another car as my new job would expect me to use my car for work trips away and I am not prepared to put the additional mileage on the S. I will still use it for the daily commute, unless I have to go anywhere further afield.

It is so so difficult to walk past the S and get into something else

It's hard to believe that Carol's new car looks even more outlandish than her orange S!

Daily driver in the March to October. Used sparingly in the winter to keep it ticking. I have kept my 5 series BMW for winter and long motorway journeys. My wife has a little Skodia Fabia estate which is used around town!

Daily driver here, even through winter although there were times I would've preferred to have been in an old beater just so my car wasn't getting so filthy!

I also use my dads BMW Tourer for long journeys/collecting stuff/taking dog out for walkies (she used to come in my old MR2 and loved it, but I think her claws may damage the seats in the S2000). It's nice to get back in my car for a drive after this though.

Audi A4 TDi as a daily and the S for sunny days, weekends and the odd commute day. I've an 05 and this is an excellent daily drive a bit softer than the 99 I had earlier so as long as you're not going to put stratospheric milage on it, use it daily - it's what you work hard all week for.
