Default S2000 Service Record

Shortly after buying my S, I created a 'Service Record' sheet to keep track of everything I've done / had done to the car. It worked well, but needed a few fixes here and there. As I'm having a Saturday night in and I'm bored, I thought I'd complete it, seeing as the subject of servicing has cropped up recently through new members / owners.

Here's a preview:

It's A4 size, so you shouldn't have any trouble printing it.

You can download it here:

EDIT: This is currently being updated according to feedback received.

Admins / more experienced owners - please let me know if there's anything I'm missing (or if there's anything wrong), or if there's anything you'd like to see modified and I'll sort it.

I hope it's of help to you all!

Dan.
Nice, what about adding stuff like air filters, cabin filter, alternator belt check, tappets check, fuel filter ???

I might commit some plagiarism and knock something similar up in Google docs so I can type in the details, and also keep it generic for the other halfs car
