yep, most hot hatches would post a faster lap time than an S2 these days, that's just progress. I doubt any feel as raw as the S

if you want that in context the first fast estate (audi RS2) had 311bhp, now you can get a Merc with 580bhp

quantify subjectively how much you enjoy the car, thats harder but that's why i've hung onto my S2 for 13 years
