Default Is this s2000 worth checking out?

Hey guys, Im still twitching for an s2000!! I've saved the £1200 (ouch) for insurance and I have my car as part ex and a further £500 to put down as a deposit.

This one just popped up on auto trader http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classifi...26gd?logcode=p

Its right on my doorstep so It's worth checking out. How much should I be looking to knock off the price if it's in decent nick?

If I put this over 2 years finance in a years time the car would be worth more than what's outstanding on the loan which offers me some comfort incase for some crazy reason I got bored of the car.

Hi
If it's your average s2k, without geo done.... Get at least a grand off. Looks pretty tidy though, vagina red interiors are marmite for some

After market red honda badges.. Exhaust .. Head unit... and wheels i would guess this S2k has spent most of its life in vtec.

There is nothing terribly wrong with that! But it's your money, I would stick it out for a real nice example then spend all your time in vtec!

Lot of cash for a "not quite a facelift".

I'd not be interested unless they could drop it too 6,500 which is doubtful anyway.

Gotta be honest tho guys, I don't think their is a single car on autotrader that any of you would consider reasonably priced and a decent deal.

Dunno where you lot buy your cars

That car wasn't too far away from, it's had at least 3 owners as two of them were on here.

For 300 more I've almost bought an 04 facelift, with 43k miles on moonrock with full red interior and 2 previous owners.

Want £1500 too much for that IMO

Seats are shagged given the mileage, carpet looks well worn...

No mention of service history either?

Its got full service history, mentions it in the title.

Im in a bit of a rubbish situation as my current car need's loads of work and is on it's way out. I'm desperate for a new car and don't want to spend my savings on my broken one. Problem is these s2000's are hard to come by round my way, this is the second one local to me in about 4 months.

I need to buy a new car asap!
