Has the membership renewal email come out yet? I haven't seen it, but when I log in it's telling me that my account is incomplete and that I need to make a payment?

I thought membership ran from April to April??

It was mentioned in the newsletter that was emailed on 1st March 2012.

I didn't receive a specific email.

Membership runs until 30th April per year.

I've just tried it & I'm OK - maybe that's because I've renewed until April 2013.

Try contacting Ian or Pippa via the website, and hopefully, they'll be able to help resolve the problem.
