Sat Nav with Handsfree.
What with the difficulty faced using a mobile phone at the wheel nowadays, I am considering some sort of handsfree solution.
I dont want a permanent solution I would like one that can be moved and saw that Tom Tom do a 720 (and others maybe) that does handsfree calling via Bluetooth to your mobile phone. This has the appeal of the extra functionality of Sat Nav and I don't have to wear an earpeice.
I was pretty impressed with a mates Tom Tom One XL and was wondering whether anyone has experience of the 720 when used for a bit of handsfree action.
Thanks.

A bit off topic as it is not Sat Nav as well but I saw this on QVC recently which looks pretty cool:

Ive got a tom tom 510 which has bluetooth hands free , my opinion , satnav - good
, bluetooth hands free - rubbish

I've tried numerous different bluetooth combination in both the S and various co cars.
I have stuck with one of these;

Three good reasons

1 with the in ear bit you can actually hear the conversation even with the roof down in the S

2 the mic is close-ish to the mouth so the other end can actually hear what you are saying.
3 They hold charge and BT connection well.

I found handsfree problematic inside the s2k - Useless with the roof down and demanding you shout/have volume set to max with the roof up/hardtop on at anything above inner town speeds.
In the end I went for a Jabra BT500 over-ear piece, flatter & longer battery life than the Jabra BT250, connecting to a PDA (via Bluetooth) with inbuilt phone running TomTom when necessary. Means I even hear the road directions spoken quietly into my ear. However, still doesn't stop me swearing at the "bitch" when she steers me down the wrong road when I know a shorter/quicker/more pleasant route.
