Scotland trip.

Default Scotland trip.

The trip started with a couple of night`s in Peebles then the interesting bit the drive to Skye.


Up on Rannoch moor.


The sign says it all.


About to drive down Glencoe.


A stop on Skye with the Cullin hills in the background.


Kyle Rhea looking towards Glenelg.


Heading back to Portree.


The S found a friend while waiting for the ferry.


The Armadale to Mallaig ferry.


Back on the mainland, the white sands of Morar.


Me enjoying the sun at port Logan.


Port Logan again.

Total miles....1,716..........Number of S2000`s seen....One !!!!

Oh yes...............Top down all the way.

Yes fantastic pics, you captured the colours and the Scottish beauty especially as it would appear you got the day of sunshine for the year in that part of the world. I keep saying this but I really should do a run to Scotland one weekend, it is somewhere i have never been but it looks fantastic to drive around. Maybe an early summer 2009 NW run to Scotland should be arranged, I will ponder that next year I think

Shetland recorded more days of sunshine this year than any other part of the UK. When it was flooding south of Aviemore all over the UK we were basking in 20 degree sunshine.

hmmm i take it you missed the intended humour in that line Danny, granted it was easy to miss as it (obviously) wasn't too funny.

Still, I will keep a thought of a NW run up there in the back of my mind, maybe try and organise something for summer 2009

Great photos, great scenery, great weather! Love the way you got an S2000 parking space on the ferry, 1.5m exclusion zone all round!
