Default Scratch on bonnet

Put a scratch in bonnet of my new S y'day Very p**sed off. Lifted bonnet whilst one wiper arm was still up - result is about a half inch long deep scratch in bonnet, down to a primer layer, between the washer jet and the top of the bonnet. Any suggestions on going about fixing this? I'm taking it to the local Honda dealer at lunchtime to get their view and price on it.

Can it be repaired or will it need a whole bonnet respray?

Thanks. Ed.

Try Langka for a DIY job:

It usually does the trick with small scratches.

I expect your dealer will suggest that they need to repray the whole bonnet so that it doesn't loo patchy.. circa

Yesterday I was parked (sitting in the car) in Conway when a woman came out of the nearby shop, opened the boot of the car in front then proceeded to place all her shopping and luggage on my car bonnet whilst she sorted herself out. German car, so presume German Frau!

Gave her a blast of the horn and she nearly s**t herself, but hastily moved all her junk. I got out and had a look but fortunately no damage. A few choice words passed my lips though!!!
