screens
Ah, I think the OP is asking where people mount media screens for sat nav and/or dvd player (maybe like the JDM sat nav).
As far as I know you can only mount a single din unit in the head unit aperture, and those with a motorised screen will not clear the dash, but there could well be some people on here who have some bespoke solutions (might be worth a search on the US forum).

fitting screens and flip-out head units is the type of adverse modification is frowned-upon by much of s2kuk, however if it's done neatly can look quite tasteful.
the japanese had an option to have OEM sat nav which came as a recessed screen to the left of the heater control panel. It's probably the most original fitting & looking solution. The dashes can be bought on the members for sale sections from time to time - although rare - or occasionally pop up on ebay but are snapped up fast.
Most people wanting to do it a different way and re-model the dash take a uk dash and simply re-build it to their own design but clearly, this reduces the re-sale value of the car for many unless it's done very, very well.
