I rarely post new topics as I can find most of it using the search.

I don't know what I'm missing here because whenever I use the search facility it returns few or no results and I am certainly not computer illiterate!! I've often searched for things which have brought up no results then searched on Google which has brought up results from S2Ki. I would suggested the search facility is at best rubbish and at worse utter sh*te, hence people not using it or using it, not finding the answer, then posting and getting slated for doing so.

And just to prove me wrong now for the first time ever I've just typed a few searches in and each time, THIS TIME they have come back with sufficient results. Trust me, this has not been the norm in my experience and I cannot be alone in this.

If you use the search as laid out here: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/894...t__p__20942430 you usually get the results you need.

It's an over complicated search function.

The way I find answers is by the Google Machine.

Example - "S2000 hard top rattle" results in S2Ki all over the machine. Bingo.

It never works for me when I try to use it from the app, plus I use my internet off my phone with terrible signal due to living in a desert too, woo.

The in app search function returns nothing intelligible or even remotely related to what you're actually looking for 99% of the time.

You get a million and one hits completely on a different subject to what you want, all because one keyword happens to be in a user's signature or they mentioned one word from your search string in a post on page 17 of 30!

Grrrr
