Default Sell now or make perfect?

Midget gone

Now it's the Daimler's turn

Hard to value car - juicy but big bang and luxury for your buck

6.0 litre V12 auto

Mechanically excellent- no faults

Drives superbly

Only 81000 and 3 owners

Comprehensive history

Cosmetically excellent - one little blister otherwise perfect paint

Nearly new tyres all round

Some typical odds and sods to fix

Taxed till 30/4/06

So, fix everything or sell as is

And what's it worth, in both states?

sell it and be done with it, whats the point in trying to get everything done, then for people to offer below what your hoping for? yes somebody could come along and buy it without any haggle but if it sells just as well now get shot of it.

work out what your time is worth and if it means your loosing time to do your own thing then its not worth it.

If you want to get shot, I'd do it as is rather than sorting out the bits and pieces - the money and time involved probably won't be reflected in any price increase.

Seconded on the way it looks though - lovely car

It's 1993(L) Dan

so that link covers the later model - known as X300

I'd be surprised if mine is covered now that it's over ten years old

there weren't many made in the first place, and plenty have gone, which makes valuation even more difficult

might try ebay and pull it if I don't like the way it's going

as I said, consumption and age pulls values down

but I'm not sure what could compete for power and comfort at the price
