Default Which service

Evening all!

Sadly circumstances dictate that i may have to sell my well loved S either fairly soon or when the prices climb in the spring. My car is due a service this Feb and as a 02 plate would be due on mileage the 54k service (which i hear is an expensive one? costs?). However the car has only 22k on the clock. Is a smaller and cheaper service an option ahead of selling as i also need to get a pair of front rubber too.

Its a case of sell now and avoid service costs/tyres/re-insure/MOT and swallow a lower price due to this or use for a good couple of spring months, pay the extra and hopefully claw the costs back in a better price in the spring/early summer.
Any advice/thoughts appricated. Is not critical that i sell immediately.

cheers
