Default Service Query - 27k

Do they replace the cone?

Mine is still as before, and still full of bird seed or something (which it was before). Airbox also has a load in it.

Not sure how it got there. I took my airbox cover off (for noise) and noticed it there, but left it as I knew I had a service in a week. Took it off today, its still there???!!
According the service schedule it meantions some kind of air filter - but i wasn't sure if this was the whole cone bit.

Yes the whole cone should be replaced on the 27k service.
Ring them up and ask why they don't follow the Honda Service Schedule

Read with interest, since mine's booked in on Wed for its 36 month service.
I see - IIUC - they replace the diff fluid but not the gearbox oil. Think I'll ask for that.
What with the service, the MOT and the extended warranty - going to be an expensive visit!

I've filled in the survey already - but that was before I noticed this Anyway, I've just looked at my bill and I was billed for "air filter cartridge" - which seems to not suggest the whole cone.

Edit: Currently awaiting a callback from service dept to clarify.
