OK, promted by S2000 RMOs last post I rang another local dealer (Speedwell Honda - Paignton) to get a second quote for my 81K service which I currently have booked in with Hendi Honda Exeter.

I think it is important to remember the person at the end of the phone is not the person doing the service... (in 99% of cases)

I would book it in at Newton Abbot personally as they have offered the best deal... just get them to reconfirm that it includes the clearances and when you turn up for the service mention it again.
