Default Single Exit Exhuast

Hello

I am 100% sure I want rid of my skunk2 dual now and a single exit exhaust to replace it!

The single exit style I like is that of the Amuse R1 Titan and the T1r 70R V3. Angled exit really does it for me!

I am very concerned about noise though, I am moving into a Cul-de-sac with several older generation people and I don't want any noise complaints. I sure I will have some from the skunk2.

Anyway, I have also been eyeing up the T1R 70EM single with the droptail / dolphin tip. Honest cant decide if I like it or not, it reminds me of erectile dysfunction for some strange reason.

Can I have some opinions on what single exit exhausts to consider, they must not be too loud and I really don't fancy a mega droney exhaust. I would like a single exit that also gives me some good gains come having a tune.

Any / all recommendations welcome.

Mike

(I haven't posted this in the "under the hood section" as I don't fancy the yanks advice - no offence yanks! )

Take a look at razzes ASM exhaust in the for sale thread, that or a AMS 60mm should be good for noise and drone.
I had a 5zigen single and it sounded like god shouting! Still wish I never sold it. Going to be geting a spoon n1 soon but I think that will be to loud for you're neighbours as well.
Not many options about for quiet single exit's

Hi Nick,

Its a tough call mate as the canister style I like is generally associated with boomy loud loudness .

I have seen Razz's ASM and it is extremely tempting. Only reason I am not biting his hand off this minute is because for around the same price I can import a brand new T1R from the states.

What he had running

If you want to do any UK track day there is no way a T1R 70 will get you anything other than a black flag.

Don't get me wrong, it was amazing for what it was worth, but if you weren't a hardcore nutter, you'd get sick of it quickly. With the roof up, you need earplugs for anything other than a few minutes.

My mates could hear me coming from a couple of miles away without issue.

My BC Spec IV was the best option for a single.

Thanks for being honest mate!

I do plan on getting into trackdays so noise is a concern, thanks again

I have a ASM 70mm Single.

Good for power and noise. It is not lairy loud, will pass track days and it is not boomy or drone at all.

So if Raz has one for sale, I would get that...
