Default A smiling day

Today I had to smile - twice

On the way to work, I was flashed twice by oncoming traffic to warn me that plod was speed trapping up ahead. Plod traps in this location approx. every 6 weeks, and every time I've been flashed by oncoming traffic. It seems to indicate that the general public don't agree with speed traps, as the cars which flash me are never the ones making rapid progress.

Passing Truvelo #2 (of 6) of the recently erected "safety" cameras on the A6 to Bedford, and did a someone has placed and burnt a tyre around it It was covered in an official looking blue "body bag" Now, these cameras have actually been placed intelligently, so I don't support the vandilism, but have to admire the fighting spirit

Oh, and the Sun was out, roof down, etc

Me 2 I'm afraid ! Unless they're very clearly marked and obviously a genuine deterrent.

I highly suspect, though, they're sneaky cash machines or else people wouldn't feel the need to flash you.

sorry,...... the only solution to these things is to necklace the F@ckers....that way if everyone does enough, it will start to cost them revenue, and not make it. maybe we could 'rehabilitate' car criminals in to camera vandals...that way everybody is happy...not only do they get to smash somthing up, the public would be happy as well.

maybe I should run for office.......or maybe I should just run

shaving foam over the lense seems acceptable....it's not damaging the camera so not vandalism but effective

How about hair mousse? Then they would assume it was a Porsche driver
