Careful with the Magifoam guy's

I found it blocked the gauze mesh in the foamgun on a regular basis

Maybe a bad batch

No such problem with Valet Pro or Megs Hyper wash .

There are two different group buy's they do:

Autobrite Magifoam Group Buy

I can genuinely say those pictures of the dirt before and after are accurate as well; you barely need to use a mit to wash the car afterwards which is great as it means there isnt much of a risk of swirling in your paintwork.

This is the better deal (below) in my opinion though. The snow foam lance is excellent! I went for deal 2, wash my car every week at least once a week and have used about 800ml of the magifoam so far. I use an inch in the bottom of their 1L snow foam bottle, which appears to be more than enough.

Magifoam and Autobrite Lance

This is how thick it can be applied as well - front of the car is thickest and rear is with the nozzle adjusted to about half way

There is no problem with magifoam blocking the lance just make sure you give the lance a good flushing with water at the end of use

As I said " it MAY HAVE BEEN a bad batch " as I first got it soon after it's introduction .

I do know that using Magifoam blocked my lance with some sort of gunge to the extent that my lance was blocking on every 2nd / 3rd use .

It did not block using Hyper wash before and has not blocked since my Magifoam ran out and have since gone through 1 ( US )gallon of hyperwash , 1 gallon Auto finesse Avalanche and currently on Valet Pro PH neutral ( much better than all the other's ).

In my experience Magifoam blocked my lance so may or may not block other's .

Also Polished Bliss do not use it ( and yes , I know ,they do not use Valet pro either but it's cheaper than Hyperwash and AF Avalanche , foam's better and last's longer and i'm getting meaner as I get older )

sound_wave you will soon get pissed off with the karcher lance, when you do -

http://www.theultimatefinish.co.uk/c...am-lances.aspx

And if you don't want to pay magifoam prices this 5L coats the same as 500mL of magifoam

http://mistralie.co.uk/collections/c...g-vehicle-wash

I've been using it for the last three years and is often used commercially along with loads of their other car products.

Been using Maguiars (called Hyper Wash) along with a Karcher unit for a while with no problems.
About to run out so if anyone has used this and can compare with the above mentioned products that'll be useful

Have not used Rich's Mistrale stuff above but have used the other's mentioned and have found the Valet Pro PH Neutral to foam as much as Magifoam ( nearly ), you use less per application than Hyperwash and Auto Finesse ( 1 pump / half an inch ) in the bottle and it's cheaper to buy .

It make's more sense to me as I have doubt's about the effectiveness of snow foaming

Cheers John I'll have a look at that. Must admit the Maguiars seems to be more effective if you have a cup of tea and biscuit whilst waiting for the stuff to do it's job

Not saying its true of any of the afore mentioned, but most of this stuff comes out of the same factory, just with a different label and price. I've used the Mags and magifoam and I am sticking with the Mistrale, I have a summer side line valeting some very fine cars owned by some big names that summer down here.
