Default So I'm bored...

So, I've been collecting a few parts over the past few months and decided to start putting things together...

Thought I'd share my journey thus far.

Here's how she started...

Picked her up Oct 08 (MY03 US spec))

She remained this way for a loooong time.

Attended a few meets, Arran Meet 7 being the highlight thus far...if you haven't met the young one yet....you will over the next couple of years....he loves the culture. (I have no idea where he gets it from )

Then Back in Nov 09 I decided to start spending some money...

First stop was Garage R where Rob sorted out the suspension...

Then some of my parts started coming in....

Installed the Greddy Ti-C Dual exhaust and Invidia test pipe....

**Sorry no pics I was being lazy

Installed the rear Stoptech rotors/brake pads and SS braided brake lines F&R

More stuff came in....

Seibon CF MG style hood and OEM style trunk lid....

Then my tires came in Dunlop Direzza ZR1 Star Specs 255/40/17, so I got them mounted (don't worry, keep reading, you'll see what they're mounted on)

Then I got the fenders rolled to get them to fit...

Had to remove the front fender liner tabs...

Aftermath....

and the new shoes...Advan RZ 17x9+45 on all four corners... & Rays lugs

Then I got brave and drilled some holes in my new CF trunk lid to mount the Seibon CF TF Style spoiler...

So, this is how it sat in the driveway today...

Don't flame the front bumper or drop. Front bumper will be replaced with Amuse and it's going lower later in the week...after I get some neg camber added. once thats done, the front Stoptech BBK is going on...along with Mishimoto Aluminum radiator, stays, fan switch, thermostat, & silicone hoses...in prep for the Vortech Supercharger thats in the mail

All comments welcome...

Is the Seibon hood a good fit?

Did the rear wing make any noticable difference while driving?

Hiya Jayson

Good work, you ve really transformed your red fella there!

I really like the concave shape of the wheels and the tyre choice is soo ballsy!

Am i right in thinking that you have had to remove the front wheel arch liners completely to get them in?

You've not seen Ian's first car have you? It's remarkably similar to Jayson's, except it's silverslow.

Neither is to my taste, but each to their own.

Who did the spelling for "weekend" on that award?!

I hope it was intentional

It was intentional Mark.

Courtesy of Roadie last year at Arran.

I won the BARF award - and no, not because I was unwell - on drink or anything else!
