Speaking of whom, I'm going to see the great man tomorrow to deliver some stuff from the group buy and to enlist his help in fitting my Aus CAI, so I'll be sure to tell him to check out the photos if he hasn't already seen them by then.
Better hide any tin openers - don't want S2K withdrawl symptoms to cause damage to his CTR

Hope the CAI fit goes well. I fitted mine the same time as the grill. I had to remove a small clip holding the bonnet latch cable (it poked through the cross member exactly where the CAI sat) and move the bonnet striker plate up a wee bit to get the bonnet to close.

I'll be interested to see what impact you think the CAI makes - I can't hear the noise difference people talk about - but I swear the cars more economical at an 85 mph cruise

I've been using Autoglym wash and polish take 2 bottles to the wash bed?, why not try just one!

I bought some of the mighty Zymol, but I ended up driving the car instead of polishing it - now I'll have to wash it again before I polish it.

I'll let you know what I think, Colin.

BTW, I've "borrowed" your photo and now made it my Windows wallpaper. Of course, with the number plate obscured, no-one will know that it's not my car

...other than the fact that it's probably cleaner, Mark?

Nice pics, Colin.

Cheeky sod, Graham!

I'll have you know that Miss S200D MT got a proper valeting last weekend. Wash, claybar, wash, polish, buff. Of course, after today's recce for MMMIII, she's now very dusty again, but then I didn't buy her to have her sit on the drive looking clean and shiny......

Thanks Graham.

D'you know - on a clear day you can see Goatfell from where the last photo was taken!

Which, for the uninitiated, is the mountain on the left of this photo taken from my old office.
