Pro's: BBK will fit.
Cons: more stress on lug bolts. Might need to fit larger bolts too with extended bolts.

I have 5mm spacers on my fronts. Anything thicker and you will need to change to using longer bolts (I think I have a set of these somewhere).

A lot depends on the design of the wheel that you use.

Anyone on here with the engineering qualifications to to tell us what this risk is in reality rather than theory? I would have thought wheel bolts/nuts would be well over-engineered given what they have to do and a spacer wouldn't make a lot of difference, but it would be nice to know from someone who can do the calculations

I wouldn't go further than 5mm without doing anything to the bolt lengths. But by the looks of things you need to go much further to fit the kits listed above.

Why are you uprating the brakes? Anyone would have thought you had more power under the bonnet
