Coventry never did anything wrong (that I could tell), they just acted very shabby, which was enough for me to lose faith...that and taking it to them when it was down on power, they charged me 2hrs labour, and AFAIK all they did was thrash it up and down the road and say 'feels just fine'! Which I don't think it was.
