Sounds interesting. Think I'll hang on for a bit longer and see what happens. I personally think powder coating is the way to go

 

One mild word of warning guys regarding powder coated wheels and track use.

I managed to melt the powder coating of the rear mating surface of my wheels at Croft last weekend. This resulted in four wheels that sat loose on the hubs and ever slackening wheel nuts.

If your rubber gets hot-

!! Check Your Nuts !!
