Sort out breathing, possibly snorkel, then exhaust.

Depends on what noise you are willing to put up with and how much

He means you'd be better spending your money on a few driver training days, you'll see a much better return for your money in the performance stakes by doing that rather than modding your car.

www.carlimits.com come with high praise as do the academy days.

Indeed, unless you are already a racing driver then finding the cars limits will help you increase the power that you have available to you.

Yep go for the course before the car, especially if you're not used to horsepower and RWD. Did the carlimits course last week. Andy Walsh is a god! I've now got a much better idea of what the car and the driver will and won't do! More importantly it was ing awesome fun

Thanks for the input guys, but doesn't really answer my question and you automatically assume that I have no training or prior experince of power or RWD.
I would agree to do training before mods, and that's why, over the years I have done quite a bit of driver training in various formats and am now competing in motorsport. I know there is always more to learn but to be honest I feel happy handling the S2000.

I tried to cover both options, even people used to high power and RWD have a learning curve for the S2000, it is a little different on the limit.

But give us a clue on allowable noise, amount of hassle you are willing to go through for MOT (ie deCAT etc ??),

Intake, exhaust manifold, decat and some sort of aftermarket ECU will do that. Many ECU's out there like Mugen / Spoon / J's racing. I went for a Unichip remap and thats given some great lower down gains.

Or change the final drive.
