Hi - Anyone got any advice for solving a sticking access hatch which covers the stereo?

Despite repeated attempts mine refuses to open on demand but chooses to pop open randomnly!!!

Any advice greatly appreciated!

To open:

Push top left 'til you hear it click. If it still fails to open, prod the bottom left corner of the door.

To close:

Push the top left firmly 'til you hear a click.

Ensure nothing untoward is obvious.

Sorted

Cheers but tried all that and no joy!

I think the latch is sticking or something and may need replacing although not sure how simple that is??

Fairly easy to replace the door and surround if that is what is needed...there is a DIY guide on how to remove etc...have a search, top right of the main page

Mine was sticking at the top edge, cured with some gentle wet & dry on the lip above the door, funny though Honda couldn't fix it.
