Default Stone chips

My S2000 has done around 22K and has quite a few stone chips on the front bumper but not on the wings or bonnet. I'm thinking about getting it re-sprayed as I'm a bit OCD with cars.

1) How much could I be looking at for a re-spray in the Guildford area (does anyone know a good body shop)

2) Do the front of theses car pick up stone chips more than other cars?

If you're concerned about suffering more stone chips, then you'd probably want to get some protection for the front of the car after it's been sprayed. Can't remember what it's called
Car bra?

Ugly as feck but keeps the paintwork in perfect order.

Ventureshield or Armourfend, had the former on my VX220 and resisted all but the biggest stones. It's like thick almost invisible clingfilm.

Bingo! Ventureshield. That's the stuff I was thinking of. Tangoman has it.

Car-bras are functional, but as Petron said, bleedin' ugly.

Bit like this;

Almost invisible apart from a line across the bonnet, only problem is its only good for prevention.

Thanks for all the replies people. I will want to protect the car once I have had the chips sorted, but first need to get the front sprayed so it looks good as the marks really bug me.

Does anyone have anymore cost ideas (thanks Gritty for you figure) for the respray. I will be hoping to make some calls to body shops next week.
