Default Storage Dilema

Hi,
I have had my S (2005 model) in storage since mid November and have been starting it every 4 weeks or so. Last week, when I turned her over, the battery seemed a bit sluggish. I guess due to the recent cold spell.

If the battery does go flat, are there any issues with jump starting an s?

Cheers

I have had the same issue as mine has been in storage for a few months also. I charged it with a trickle charger and its been back to normal ever since.

I had to buy a trickle charger/battery conditioner to stop the 911 losing its charge if left unused for more than 7-10 days.

Check out the CTEK XS3600 - does the job nicely.

There is no mains available where the S is in storage & I don't really want to remove the battery as I'm not sure if this would cause any alarm issues and I would also have to re-enter the radio code (I guess this would be straight forward though).

Can I put another battery in parallel with the one in the S and then start it?
