Hands up who got burnt yesterday, even if you wore a baseball cap your arms would have got it big time .........

Plenty of suncream today me thinks .

 

Me! But then I did lie in the garden all day

 

Me! but then I did play tennis for 2 hours yesterday.

 

Not me I was recovering from 5 nights shifts.

And I'm back in work again today

 

Not me - I ended up playing XBOX all day.

Bolney was sunny, and so was my garden

 

I have to admit I didn't, but I was driving around tree dappled roads which I love, but the sun was very intense when sitting in Vixen & MrV's garden. Which at times I have to admit I don't cope well with.

And today I have a 5 hour training session I can't get out of unfortunately so I expect to be very thirsty by the end of it.

 

I tend not too burn.

Too leathery and too used to the desert.
