Thumbs up TCT Question

About 3 months ago I bought a TCT from HTG thinking my TCT was on its way out.

After changing the oil to Motol oil the noise stopped and havent heard it again since.

Should I:

a) replace the TCT anyway - could probably do with it

b) sell the TCT, its been 3 months now and its coming on to another oil chance, the TCT will be fine

c) hold onto the TCT and wait for it to start making a noise again, its only a matter of time

Cheers
Rob

If you cant hear it then still keep it.

There bloody expensive from Honda UK!

If could go sometime down the line, and as you said you think you may need to replace it soon

Fair enough, might just get my local mechanic to fit it now anyway then, I will only loose it if its laying around the house much longer.

cheers

I'd change it if i were you. Its hydraulically operated so if a thicker oil has covered up the problem, its probably on its last legs anyway.

Lets hope it is the TCT and not the little ends like on my car.
