Default Tedious

...do drivers of tedious cars (TDS, TDI, Turbo agricultural) insist on trying to hold you up or race you down the outside lane ?

When I drive my beater, I know its limitations and drive accordingly, when I come up behind these numpties, even leaving them loads of room, they will inevitably floor it (covering me in clouds of black smoke) and crawl to 80mph with their eyes glued to the rear view mirror.

Tonight's "Tosser of the week" contestant was in an Audi A3 TDI...well whoopy do..wish I had one....funny how they always seem to be the German ones !...Strewth.

Sorry ...rant over

Happens with all sorts of drivers TBH. On the way to the surrey meet in the summer, I came up alongside a Boxster S (I was in the Westie btw) with top down, 'trendy' looking owner with blonde girlfriend. Both looked over and laughed while wagging their head from side to side. I then proceeded to match them in 1st gear then into 2nd then thought 'sod it', floored it and left him standing. They came up at the next traffic lights. Bloke is looking straight forward while his girl was looking over horrified. Gave her a smile (which was wryly replicated by her ) and turned off and on my way.

Inconsiderate TDi's (usually VAG ones) are the ones driven by company car drivers who were forced to go diseasel when the company car rules changed in favour of emissions instead of mileage.
They used to own BMW 316's, but now they have Passats, Golfs and Audis.

Boxster drivers believe all the cack they're fed about the 'brand'. Which is where their problems start.......
