Default Thanks Spoon

A little while ago I removed my Spoon N1 exhaust from the S2000 for last years MOT.

When this was removed a small part of the weld for the end flange was seen to be cracked, end result a small amount of exhaust gas was using this to escape.

Anyway after I finally get round to sending it back to Spoon an offer of a replacement was given straight away. To be honest I was expecting it to just be rewelded or go through months of discussion over the damage etc.

But no, all done and dusted with no fuss.

Why can't more companies be like this.

We all know all products are not going to be 100% so when they do have issues why can they not be sorted this easily.

Anyway thanks Spoon and well done

It seems both of us are having a good experience with suppliers today. I wish it was like this everyday instead of the constant bickering and arguing that is needed.

You never know Ian. My friend in Japan is on the case. Althoguh if they do offer a replacement or maybe a new exhuast at half price I'd go for the dual without the centre resonator.
