Default Those with an AEM EMS

Finally got my series 2 ems fitted and the car started using the base map.

I bought the modifry ect module, however, according to AEM tuner and the dash they are both'accurate' and it doesnt seem to be mis-reading or displaying the temperature?

Does anyone know if that mod is for a particular version of the aem ems?

Thanks.

When I was looking into the AEM ems for my car, there were alot of people saying that the Modifry ECT module is required to get the dash to display the correct temperature reading as it over/under reads with an AEM ecu?

But since installing it (latest firmware, latest aem tuner software) it seems to be reading as it does with the stock ECU

So im just wondering if anyone here has an AEM EMS and had to do the mod for it to read properly or if its ECU version dependent.

Sorry, its early

You don't need the Modifry for the Series 2 EMS, as far as I know.
