Mase claims he can get around 15 hp over stock with an NA tune with an AEM ECU.
Anybody claiming more than that is talking out of their ring IMO.

I was saying those figures with supporting modifications (intake + exhaust mods)
I'm probably going down the NA route, so i'll see if I can get it fitted at a place with a dyno, and then get them to do before + after runs so we can overlay the graphs.

IME the S Ignition timing is damn good to begin with.
Im willing to bet he got that power by leaning the AFR out, I'd bet alot of money esp at the top end.
FYI
I got genuine gains (same dyno used) of around 16BHP more or less throughout the rev range, 251max, 170.4 lb ft torque peak.
Spoon ECU, K&N fipk+gutted snorkle (heat shielded), Mangaflow backboxes on stock exhaust, decat, megan manifold, ETD for what its worth
16BHP is nothing to shout about but its not too bad, the car runs a bit rich which doesnt bothered me as its safer/better for longetivity.
TBH i didnt spend a great deal either,

is there any parts which is good gain power for a S , i know you can change ECU , turbo . ETC
Honda did all the work up front for you.
You can lose weight - and improve your power to weight ratio
Or go forced induction.
Other than that you are spending a lot of money for no/ marginal gains.
