Default Tomtom ONE

Hi All,

Just bought one of these and don't want to mount it on the windscreen (even with the gooseneck).

How can I get this velcro'd, glued, screwed onto the dash (just left of the temp controls) without turning this into a permanent installation?

List of likely shops would be helpful also.

Cheers,

Chris

I've got mine attached to the central vent via the TT1 optional mount kit.

It works for me and is close to hand without being so close I hit it with my fingers in everyday use.

As the psycho has said.
I also use the additional mount kit. Use the part with the 2 clips on the back with the slide on & lock flat plate slipped over. This then works with the swivel mount part that is provided with the window suction mount. The kit comes with instructions & is easy to use.

I picked one up off ebay for

Photos as requested.

As I said - this works for me as an everyday solution. If I am driving energetically I do sometimes catch it with my fingers (but mostly if I was driving energetically I wouldn't be using the TT )

Given the thread about the S being done over that echo66 refers to - it's nice that you can easily remove the TT and its mount only leaving a small black blanking plate on the vent.
