Top Down
As long as it's a beautiful sunny day, then top down for me. I've a friend with an MG-TF, driving back from Southampton the other day as the sun was going down, and even though it's not warm, its a pleasent experience.
I wouldn't have it down if it looks like rain though, I don't want cress growing out my carpets.

I saw a Z4 top down yesterday.
I always used to have my top down as long as it was dry, but this winter I can't be arsed. Had a quick blast yesterday but that's the first time for months that the roof has been down

It's got a soft top so I tend to use it. I've left the hard top off this winter as I missed too many chances for a bit of top down winter fun last year.
I relly don't care what other people think. I know that the girl in the petrol station (who is a bit of a looker) thinks I'm mad but would dearly love to go for a drive.

I havn't had the roof down in about 2 months, but the weekend was the perfect opportunity to get the roof down, and I think it makes you appreciate the drive more when your forced to have it up.
My only quibble is the arful dirty roads. I love for the S to be immaculate, especially If Im gonna have he roof down, and after an extended drive to the shell garage
the car was dirty again, Oh well was worth it

I was in Bristol yesterday and there were a few things with roofs down.
Z4, 911 even and SLK.
The only S2000 I saw had its roof up - it was a Nurby though

The other half asked me to take her for a drive round London last night and there was no way she would have let me keep the roof up - good girl! Had the airbox lid off and it was an absolute pleasure....cruised past tower bridge, big ben, (tunnels at London Bridge), parliament, the eye, southbank, pall mall, buckingham palace...
Whilst crawling past st pauls giving time to take snaps some woman shouted put your roof up! I think the fact that we were both clearly enjoying the experience upset her somewhat... I mean why should she or anyone else care?? I could understand it more if I was playing loud offensive music and trying to be some kind of 'home boy'!!!!

Aye, use the Mrs' MR2 and had the roof down in that the other day.
On my way to Wrexham from Crewe is was. Nearly every car I overtook was signalling 'W4nker'. Pah, hypocrites.
Only reason it doesn't go down more is cos every 5 mins its raining.

My top was ALWAYS down, day or night, hot or cold and sometimes even in the rain - now that's when you get funny looks.
