classics are far more interesting than the latest Golf/Astra/3-series - although paying more than

 

that part was well done.. you could call it a realty show

- even if they had more or less all gone out and bought a pup, it gives a bit of the cold shower needed when considering purchasing something 20-30 years old... pushing it along yourself in traffic.. people asking if it is a kit car

the typical footage is of a journo driving round in concourse condition convertible e-type - down a leafy B road.. without another car in site..

 

FWIW, I was in stitches at the "supercar" challenge. 90BHP from the Maser - brilliant! As for getting overtaken by the motorhome, well, that was just priceless.

IMHO TG is a great show, highly entertaining, it brings out the fun in driving and isn't that what it's all about?
