Tyre mix

Have Vredestein tyres fitted to my 2007 S2000 Cento directional tyres on front and Sessantas asymmetrical on rears I have been advised that it is not recommended to have these tyres fitted does anyone know why

There is a huge tyre thread with hundreds of opinions over the years, those tyres you mention don't come in the listing of what people prefer to use, take from that as you will. My advice, chop those tyres in and buy Federal RSR all round.

Federal 595 RSR (No edit button)

S2000 needs hard wall tyres, to stop it falling off the road as for mixing NEVER unless you are a driving god.

As a tyre for purely road use all year round is the Michelin PS4 the tyre of choice now on the S2000?
I see can get a full set for £375. :)

Yes, that's what I have now the Bridgestone's are no longer available. Very stable wet or dry nice firm firewall and good road feel, and are pretty quiet, there's a run flat version as well make sure these are NOT those.

And that's a very good price!

Was Blackcircles and they had a 10% off one day only deal on certain brands, which Michelin was one off.
Just checked they are £379 for a full set today using code 4mich40
