Default Tyre Pressures

(hope this isnt a dumb question!)

As some of you may know, i've got aftermarket wheels on the S. How do i find out what the correct pressure is for these? (18" kahn rsv's with contitouring 225/40/18)

I've searched through the threads and can see the general consensus is 32 all round, but taking into account i've got different wheels and tyres, should i still be keeping them at that psi?

Depends on the tyres you've fitted more than the wheels.

I think the guys with 18s have tended to inflate to around 34psi (for Eagle F1s and Toyos).

To some extent, it's trial and error and personal preference as to what you think feels right. Try 34 and see whether it feels much different. You can then vary it up or down depending on whether you think it feels too hard or too bouncy.

I had both my sets of 18's @ 32 psi no problems other than rubbing but that's a whole other seperate can of worms
