Why don't you ring you local dealer and get a Honda quote for the repair and then source the part from a breakers and do it yourself ?

 

H/L Brake light =

 

Have called Honda. Just waiting for a callback with a quote. My God, that's expensive though.

Not sure about additional damage. There could be scratches and whatnot. Can't really tell as it's a bit wet and filthy (which is how I usually like it )
I'll clean off the majority of it later and check.
