Default Update on S

Well lads i have my S now 2 mts and i love it more and more each day! When i bought her i knew she had Mugen exhaust (seller was clueless) but since i have noticed she has a stainless manifoild also can't see stamp due to heat shield! I have went ahead with the 40mm drop that i wanted to go with in the front and 50mm in the rear.I'm running D2's and the ride is surprisingly still very good !I have also fitted the J's racing driveshaft spacers for a bit of piece of mind, wasn't totallly happy with the look of the front without a splitter so i went ahead and got me one of them and a rear spoiler to match.I wasn't 100% about the rear spoiler but since it has gone on i really like it! Was driving her today and noticed that she is suffering bad from heatsoak in the city , anyone got any suggestions on solving this?Only other change i have in mind for here now is a set of Work emotion CR KAI in bronze. Here is how she is standing now!Still need to sort camber etc but no point till i get new rims!

Not sure what it is about a yellow S that makes it look so sexy!!

I'd recommend that you get a dinky number plate next. Just replaced mine a couple of weeks ago:

Those wheels you have are optional BBS and are one of the lightest wheels available for the S.

How are you finding the VGS?

Looks bloody great

Gritty - they weren't standard on JDM car, they were as option as Steven says.

I think i'd have a yellow if / when I return to the fold. It grows on me more every time I see one.

Work Emotions are nice, but the non forged ones will be heavy. I also sometimes think they look a bit chunky - maybe some Rays ones??

Yes as far as i know they came with the VGS as standard.I like the rim but love the bronze with yellow. The Vgs is outstanding to drive i love the steering its so responsive ,it takes so little effort to drive with it.Only down side is if your driving the S foe a day or two and get back into a normal car your brain is expecting the steering to be as responsive .I have gotten a fright at the start in my run around as i wasn't turning wheel like i was ment to

The Volks are soo expensive i don't know could i bring myself to paying that much for a rim, they are a lovely rim though

I also stand corrected about the BBS rims
