Hi Guys,

So i'm trying to get hold of a set of front and rear bumpsteer kits and some 2 piece driveshaft spacers from Megan Racing. (From the US, it seems you can get all of this stuff, including shipping for £240).

I've been trying LSD motorsports, but i'm 2 weeks down the line and they haven't told me where to send my money. (They only get in touch every 3-4 days, despite chasing, so it's grating a bit now).

Does anyone have experience with anyone in the US that can source me the same bits and pieces, who will ship to the UK, and who do actually bother returning emails?

Send Fernando at sales@kingsperformance.com an email,tell him I put you onto him.We have had our moments but he is honest and you will get your parts,he sourced my Megan racing top wishbones.

 

Just checked from when I ordered from LSD, and they sent me the invoice to pay. Have you tried making contact directly through the LSD website instead of PM on here?

I've been going off PM's here. They said they'd send me an invoice when i chased, but 4 days later, it still hasn't appeared.

I'll try emailing them direct. If they don't reply / get things moving, I'll have to find someone else.

 

Quite strange.
All my dealings with them has been good with replies on a next day basis. (Probably due to time difference)

You could just go ebay with these parts, theyve always worked for me in the past and ebay also bakes in customs with some sellers now.

 

I emailed them directly Andy when I was enquiring about the Q300, responses were quick enough (taking into account time-zone differences, I'd get a reply same day / next day).

I think your issue is that your using this forum to communicate with them. Think about the number of cars they sell parts for and how many forums they would have to check for PM's.

Much easier to email them directly as I'd imagine they'll deal with all their emails, then just check the forums if/when they have time - just make sure you tell them you're an S2KUK member as they often offer discount for this (it was substantial on the Q300).

Thansk Rhauri - emailed them yesterday afternoon directly and gave them the whole PM thread on here. They've been on S2ki each day, yet not responded to my PM's (that was the bit that was annoying me).

I've emailed Glen's contact at King Performance this morning, shamelessly plugging his name

I'm not buying these bits individually off ebay - no reason to pay shipping on individual items if i can get them all at once.

 

Ok so, got a reply from LSD the other day,(thurs 13th) in which they apologised profusely. Told me that they'd send the invoice out that day, and if i paid up, they'd be able to get the parts to me by Thursday (20th).

Got my parcel in the post today.
