Very poorly S at Yeoman's, Bognor
Just dropped my car off for a service today and it seems they're having an S2000 day down at Yeoman's - 3 Silverstones in today.
One of them was in a very poorly state, it's roof had a massive tear in it.
Spoke to service manager who explained that the owner had just done around 4k in 2 weeks in France where someone had tried to nick it and slashed the roof open.
Not a pretty sight.
So is it anyone off here ??????

What do you think of Yeomans?
Didn't card them, but shall do so on my return.
As for Yeoman's, this is my first service with them so we'll have to wait and see.
They sorted out the buzzing clutch problem for me a few months back - Service Manager seemed pretty clued up about it and sorted out all the warranty stuff on my behalf. The warranty stuff took about a week as there was a technical issue as it had been transferred into my name when I bought the car. I got the car back straight away and was driving it around during the time that they were sorting out the warranty claim
'
When I asked what oil they used for service, they came up with some semi synthetic stuff that I hadn't heard of or they said they could get mobil 1. I enquired about Shell Helix Ultra, but they didn't want to go out of their way to get me that so I took my own along with me
The big test for them is the claim I've just asked them to look at regarding my alloys. The car is a MY99 and having read several threads on here decided to look at my alloys. At first wasn't too sure, but having gone on the Rahula meet this weekend, got several second opinions and it appears that they are actually worse than some people's who have had replacements. The car is under extended warranty (wear and tear option included), so when I see them this afternoon I will be interested in seeing how they tackle this issue. If they fight for me then they will keep my custom, if they don't then I may go else where in the future.
I'll report back later

I'd be interested in hearing what they are like also. Their sales dept put me off originally, but I'm running out of options now the same company owns the old John Cooper garage in Goring (or there abouts).
Moving to Littlehampton was no use to me so I changed recently to Southern Counties.
I have been amazed by how good they are having focussed greatly on their Customer Service.
If you are between Bognor and Creepy Crawley..give SC a go.

I think as long as they photograph the alloys and try with HUK for you, they will have done their job

Dealer says that he has spoken to the warranty company (Honda extended warranty) and because of the age of the car (MY99) that a claim for alloys would not be possible.
I was a little annoyed as they hadn't even taken pictures of the wheels to send off to Honda UK. I insisted that they take pictures right away as I would be contacting Honda UK and didn't want to have to re-visit the dealership again to get photos taken.
They also got the dates wrong on the MOT certificate. They hadn't taken into account that the current certificate had 10 days left to run. I know that this is quite picky, but attention to detail does make a difference. If they overlook something as simple and straightforward as that on the certificate then it makes you wonder what has been overlooked during the service.
