Default VSA light on!

A great week away to Aviemore in the sun but darkened by the VSA light coming on, anything to try before I get on to my dealer tomorrow, car recently had a rear caliper fitted so I'm wondering if anything could have been disturbed at this time and come loose? Ta.

VSA module box is fubard. They are shite and made of cheese (Just like the calipers) Expect a bill of circa £1500.00 from your Dealer. Hopefully warranty in place?

Glad you've got a warranty. I'd not even consider buying a later S without one.

Check the brake fluid isnt low first. If not they can be had for £165 from here. Not sure anyone has tried one yet on here.

Tried the fluid, it's ok so it may be expensive for Honda.

Or if it's not covered, just get it reconditioned by a shoddy-FRED reconditioning expert.

They go wrong on Accords & 3ers all the bloody time too.

Perhaps we should run a book on how much VSA replacements have cost Honda in warranty repairs?

Me in 2012!

Every VSA S2000 owner I've met so far has had the VSA box replaced, some under warranty some not so lucky.

Another ticking time bomb in the later cars.

Im still on my first here at the minute... Im not sure £165 repair is really a ticking time bomb?! At Hondas price, ye, but thankfully other companies have stepped in.
