Morning - anyone else waiting for a new car that should have arrived over a month ago, and still can't get a definative delivery date ?

Ordered my Nurburgring Blue / Blue upgrade (from a 99 RED)from puka UK dealer in March for May delivery.... slipped to June, arrived at dealer today, will be in my ownership on Friday

I find it just amazing that in the days of 24 hour supermarkets, sushi bars, mobile telecommunications, global positioning etc. that manufacturers aren't able to either effectively assess market demand for something such as a car and subsequently plan for it, or indeed track the vehicles that they have already made!
This, along with things like cheques taking 3-5 *working* days to clear, hark back to the dark ages (well, not quite - call it poetic license..)!
I feel for each and every one of you who is waiting for your car - my wait was only a couple of months and that was long enough
One thing that I can say though, and I know that each and every board member will agree - is that it's worth the wait.
