Found these on the floor in the S after the HU was fitted - sorry for poor quality pics, blame the camera phone!

Any ideas what they are ?

 

Hard to tell - might want to move back a bit, go for smaller but clearer pics.

Looks like broken off plastic clips. But broken off what, I don't know

 

Would help if they were in focus!

are they metal or plastic?

 

Need an idea of size too. Stick a coin in the pic.

 

I can't be certain but I would take a stab that they kept the cage in place. I say that because the shape of the clips on the side look like they compress and expand to stop them sliding. Could very well be completey wrong.

 

They look like broken off plastic clips from either the cover panel in the passenger well or the radio cover panel.

 

That is exactly what they are .

They should not be on your floor . That means they brook the panel . If one of my installers did that they would pay for it out of their pocket . And if they tried to getaway with it they are gone .

I would go back and request they replace the panels
