Default What is this ?

Hi - just been checking out my tool kit in my new s2000 - and in there is a something which looks like it should be bolting the spare shell down just loose in there ! Am I right in thinking that the spare wheel is just wedged in !? Anyone any ideas what this this - will try and upload a pic. !

Spare wheel should be fixed in place.

How do you access the wheel !? From the boot or behind seat !?

From the boot. You take the trim away from where the spare wheel is. It's just a few black tabs with loops on, they just pull straight out.

Yeah that's what I thought - so what's the bolt fixing for !?
