The final price is 5000 GBP with shipping included.You will arrange payment through Western Union .For this you have to go personally at their office and make the payment from your name and address to mine.From there you will get a confirmation in which will contain the MTCN(money transfer control number). After that you will mail me the following details:
-sender first,last name and address
-the MTCN #
-reciever first,last name and address
-the amount that you sent(5000GBP)
With all these I will go to an Western Union office and check the payment and if it is OK than I will make the shipping right away and also I will need your adress where you want the car to arrive.

For him to collect the money he has to show proof of address, can you ask them to take pictures?

 

Doesn't matter, you have sent some money to a friend he wants you to tell Western Union, not a crime picking money up from a friend, and no come back from it, as you have stated that the money is a gift for a friend, quite devious really, but only a fool would give that sort of money on that basis.
